New Forest HEAT Project

The New Forest HEAT Project is a group of over 50 volunteers providing free energy advice and thermal imaging surveys to anyone living within the New Forest District Council boundary.

Who we are

Last summer, the New Forest HEAT (Home Energy Advice Team) Project was set up by New Forest Transition CIC, in partnership with Community Energy South, and with the aid of funds originating from the New Forest District Council and the government's Shared Prosperity Fund.

We have now trained over 50 volunteers who are spread right across the Forest.

What we do

If you are interested in making your home more comfortable and energy efficient, we offer home energy advice visits and thermal imaging surveys free of charge to anyone living in the New Forest District Council area.

If you are interested in either of these, please head over to here to find out more and contact us about booking a visit from our volunteers.

All of our volunteers are DBS checked.
